Hearthstone Quests: How to Maximize Daily Gold

Completing Hearthstone quests is one of the primary ways to earn gold in Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. The other methods are winning games (10 gold per 3 games won) and playing in the arena. Completing Hearthstone daily quests is a consistent way to earn gold.

Hearthstone Quests Reroll

Hearthstone Quests Reroll

Every day after logging in to Hearthstone you will be randomly assigned a new daily quest. If any of the quests that you have are for 40 gold, you should reroll for a new quest. You can do 1 reroll every day.

To do a Hearthstone daily quest reroll:

  1. Access the quest log by clicking the exclamation point icon from the main screen
  2. Double tap on the yellow X in the upper right corner of the quest you want to reroll
  3. You will be assigned a new random daily quest

How to Maximize Daily Gold from Hearthstone Quests

Hearthstone Quests 100 GoldHere is my strategy for maximizing daily gold from Hearthstone quests:

  1. Do you have a 60 or 100 gold quest that by completing the quest you will also not complete a 40 gold quest (you should reroll the 40 gold quest that caused you to not be able to complete the 60 or 100 gold quest by following this rule) – Complete It
  2. Do you have a 40 gold quest that is not class specific – Reroll It (this will make it easier to continue to play without completing a 40 gold quest)
  3. Do you have a 40 gold quest that is class specific – Reroll It
  4. Do you have any 40 gold quests remaining – do not complete them
  5. Do you have 3 quests and you have already rerolled a new quest for that day – Complete the quest for the most gold

Here is an example using the rules above:

Day 1

  • Get Druid or Hunter Victory
    • Following rule 3 you reroll it and get Druid or Rogue Victory
    • Following rule 4 you do not complete it
  • You now have Druid or Rogue Victory

Day 2

  • Get Destroy them All
    • Following rule 2 you reroll it and get Hunter or Mage Victory
    • Following rule 4 you do not complete your 40 gold quests
  • You now have Druid or Rogue Victory and Hunter or Mage Victory

Day 3

  • Get Mage or Shaman Dominance
    • Following Rule 1 you do not complete it because you will also complete a 40 gold quest (Hunter or Mage Victory)
    • Following Rule 1 you reroll Hunter or Mage Victory and get Rogue or Warrior Victory
    • Following Rule 1 you complete Mage or Shaman Dominance and earn 60 gold
    • Following Rule 4 you do not complete your 40 gold quests
  • You now have Druid or Rogue Victory and Rogue or Warrior Victory

Day 4

  • Get Spell Master
    • Following Rule 2 you reroll it and get Only the Mighty
    • Following Rule 5 you complete one of your 40 gold quest (I would recommend Only the Mighty) and earn 40 gold
    • Following Rule 4 you do not complete your remaining 40 gold quests
  • You now have Druid or Rogue Victory and Rogue or Warrior Victory

I hope this post helps you to maximize your daily gold earned from completing Hearthstone quests. If you have any other tips to maximize your gold earned from Hearthstone quests, please leave a comment.
